From what I am seeing on various websites, the LivePix 2.0 version was released back in 1998. There haven't been any new updates for this software therefore I hardly believe it will work in Windows 10. In Windows XP, yes, there is a chance the software might start, but Windows 10 is definitely out of the question.
If you still have the installation package, install Windows XP with the help of VirtualBox. You'll also need a Windows XP installation disc or ISO file.
I have used LivePix 2.1 for many years. It came as Epson bonus software. How do I get it to work with Windows 10?

The LivePix is bundled with the Epson Stylus Photo device which means there is no possible way to download it separately on your computer. I've investigated further and accessed the download system, then selected the Windows 10 operating system and the following message was shown on screen: Sorry there are no matching downloads for the Epson Epson Stylus Photo.
My Windows 7 will not support Live Pix 2.0. Can you help a gal out here? I love my Live Pix and do not want to lose it.

This was a popular image editor released a very long time ago. The problem with the newer operating systems is compatibility and this software suffers from it since it wasn't updated and developed to support Windows 7 and beyond. A way to run it would be virtualization, but it's already too much trouble to make it work, therefore I recommend choosing something that's supported and available.
Livepix is not available because the product has been discontinued for a very long time. Livepix Inc was acquired by MGI which then MGI was acquired by Roxio and the product is not available anymore.
